Introduction

1. All Sales Final

All purchases of medications, clinical treatments, and programs from Low T Medical Clinic are final. Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded under federal law once dispensed to a patient. Professional services and clinical program fees are also non-refundable once rendered.

2. Prescription Medications

Prescription drugs dispensed for an individual patient are not eligible for return or resale. This ensures patient safety and compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.

3. Annual Programs & Balances

All programs at Low T Medical Clinic are considered annual programs. If you have received treatments or medications beyond your initial purchase, those amounts are applied toward your annual program and represent acceptance of that financial obligation.

• If you discontinue treatment and later wish to restart, any outstanding balance from your annual program must be paid in full before services resume.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

While refunds are not offered, we will replace products that arrive damaged. To qualify for replacement:

• You must email orders@lowtmedicalclinic.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

• Include your name, order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damage.
  Requests received after 24 hours will not be honored. No cash refunds are issued.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items following the process in Section 4. No other exchanges will be provided.

6. Auto-Bill & Automatic Renewal

• If you purchase a subscription or auto-renewing program, your payment method will be charged automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout.

• Renewals will continue until you cancel.

• Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date by emailing orders@lowtmedicalclinic.com or using the patient portal where available.

• Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours prior to renewal may result in the next cycle being charged.

7. California & New York Residents

Low T Medical Clinic complies with state automatic renewal laws.

• California: Renewal terms are presented clearly before purchase, and you will receive a post-transaction confirmation email with cancellation instructions. Easy cancellation is available via email or patient portal.

• New York: Renewal terms are clearly disclosed, affirmative consent is required, and confirmation is provided post-purchase.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Low T Medical Clinic strictly enforces this policy. If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed after services or medications have been delivered, we will provide evidence to the bank or processor including:

• Proof of purchase and consent to terms.

• Records of services rendered or medications dispensed.

• Delivery confirmation for shipped products.

• Communications and documentation related to your treatment program.

Because services and medications are provided under strict regulations and with patient acknowledgement, fraudulent chargebacks will be contested.

9. Patient Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase with Low T Medical Clinic, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final.

• Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded.

• Clinical services and program fees are non-refundable once rendered.

• Annual programs must be paid in full; outstanding balances are due before resuming treatment.

• Automatic renewals will continue until canceled at least 48 hours prior to renewal.

• Evidence may be provided to processors or banks in the event of a dispute.
